Warm and militant greetings from Kabataang maka-Bayan (KmB, Pro-People Youth) USA! KmB congratulates Ugnayan ng mga Anak ng Bayan NY/NJ on Reclaim Volume 3! We wish Ugnayan a successful cultural event that will continue to expose the issues facing our communities in order to encourage new youth to fight staunchly for justice everywhere.
KmB stands in solidarity with Ugnayan as our long history of revolutionary struggle is celebrated through spoken word, song, theatre, and visual arts. We praise Ugnayan's ability to unite the many, different artists to embrace our culture of resistance. We look forward to eventually witnessing their mass style that reflects the thoughts and feelings of the communities that Ugnayan works very closely with.
We anticipate that Reclaim Volume 3 will continue to generate rewarding outcomes in advancing youth contributions to our people's long fight for life and liberation. We know that the cultural representations of struggles affecting first and second generation Filipinos will activate new youth to organize and mobilize for change locally - whether it's fighting for improvements in education, for better wages, or against systemic racism. We celebrate Ugnayan ng mga Anak ng Bayan NY/NJ in continuing to advance our struggle by reaffirming our culture of resistance to fight unwaveringly for justice with one heart and one mind!
